2012 BMW 650i Coupe
BMW has finally revealed its series 2012 BMW 650i Coupe, which was teased few months ago at the Mondial de l'Automobile in Paris via the near-production study ride - BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe.
Representing the third-generation of the high-end Coupe by BMW, the 2012 BMW 650i Coupe immediately catches the eye with its remarkable masculine yet elegant look, exclusively improved comfort levels and extra space, as well as sharper driving dynamics.
The 2012 BMW 650i Coupe is scheduled to debut on the US market this fall, offering customers wide range of stunning innovations and features, including Adaptive LED Headlights, BMW ConnectedDrive driver assistance systems and mobility services, a new-generation BMW Head-Up-Display, as well as an optional Bang & Olufsen High-End Surround Sound System
In terms of performance, the 2012 BMW 650i Coupe benefits a 4.4-liters, V8, reverse-flow power unit with 400 horsepower delivered between 5,500 and 6,400 revolutions, and 450 lb-ft of max torque between 1,750 and 4,500 rpm. Ready to be packed with either BMW's new 8-speed Sport Automatic gearbox or BMW's traditional 6-speed manual transmission, this engine's turbochargers are positioned in the V-area between the cylinder banks, ready to produce an instantaneous and sustained wave of power for the enthusiast driver's most desired driving experience.
Thanks to its vigor engine, the 2012 650i Coupe is capable to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds flat, on its way to a top of 250 km/h, electronically limited.
Retail and option price tags will be announced closer to the market launch.
