Chevrolet Camaro Red Flash hits SEMA 2010
For today's starting SEMA show in Las Vegas, Chevrolet has prepared an exclusively mean supersports ride based on the highly acclaimed Camaro SS. Dubbed Chevrolet Red Flash Camaro SS, the stunning show car demonstrates new visual and sound heights, combining Chevrolet Accessory parts available today with some specially designed elements from the brand's in-house design studio.
On the outside, the Chevy Pony ride boasts Red Jewel outer shade accented by gray heritage stripes and massive 21-inch wheels. A Chevrolet Accessory high-wing rear spoiler with black-painted stanchions and other gray accents, and lowered suspension further lend the sporty beast more aggressive stance and character.
Under the hood, a Chevrolet Accessory air intake kit, an out back, as well as an exhaust pack give the exceptional ride a nice kick in its performance, style and sound.
Adam Barry, lead designer on the project shared: "The Camaro Red Flash is the opposite of a ‘sleeper' on the street. From every angle, it looks and sounds like the high-performance sports car it is. It's a model for the enthusiast who doesn't want to hide his performance aspirations."
In the terms of cabin ambience, the Red Jewel Camaro showcases an Ebony leather upholstery with titanium stitching and red accents on the seats. A custom steering wheel, racing-style pedals and red LED lighting on the door trim are also incorporated in the enthusiasts orientated vehicle's fresh interior.
