GeigerCars, the German-based American vehicles specialist has introduced its latest monster project, the GeigerCars Ford Mustang GT "Shelby". Based on the already refined 2010 Mustang Shelby GT500, the double retrofitted pony car now boasts even more uncompromising output and agility figures.

Under the hood of the renowned ‘Stang, the engineers at Geiger have tweaked almost every detail on the 5.4-liter supercharged V8 powerplant. They have packed a 3.3-liter compressor with 1.6 bar supercharging pressure, larger throttle valves, modified injection system, 100 millimetre air flow meter and machined cylinder heads. Thanks to these modifications and the additional coolers, the stunning muscle beast is capable to deliver the remarkable 810 horsepower at 6,700 rpm and 945 Nm of maximum engine torque at approx 4,300 rpm. Further changes were made in the terms of new 3 disc carbon clutch transmission and special sport exhaust unit with racing catalytic.

With that much power in possess, the all-new Geiger Mustang Shelby GT houses new racing chassis as well as a Panhard rod made from chrome-moly steel. For the proper asphalt contact, Geiger also equips the vehicle with classic OZ alloys in dimensions 8.5 and 10x20-inch fitted with high-performance Michelin tyres in the size 245/35ZR20 and 285/30ZR20. A 6 piston high-performance brake unit with 380 millimetre drilled or optionally slotted brake discs ensures the refined Shelby's safety freeze.
