Peugeot has announced that its sporty 308 CC is now available with the brand's new 1.6-liter THP 200 horsepower power unit that was recently premiered on the RCZ Coupe and 308 GTi models. Fitted with the new plant, Peugeot is aimed at offering Touring Car experience to the brand's convertible lovers.

The fresh Peugeot 308 coupe-convertible made its premiere in 2009, but its tempting appearance and now new engine, the cabriolet with retractable hardtop estimates sports environmentally-friendly dynamism and excellent performance, estimating fuel consumption of only 7.0 litres/100 km and a figure of CO2 emissions of 162 g/km.

The all-new Peugeot 308 CC 1.6-liter THP is about to make its market launch in France from October at the price of 33,900 Euro in the unique Feline trim.
