Designed at Suzuki's subsidiary company in India, the Suzuki R3 Concept MPV just made its official public debut at the Auto Expo 2010 in New Delhi. Capable to carry up to six people, the future MPV excels in compact dimensions and stylish appearance. The R3 Concept is engineered for only nine months, but its smart design without central B pillar allows easy access for all occupants through the four wide opening doors. Offering unlimited flexibility yet comfortable ride, the boxy-shaped concept can make easy break on the growing MPV market in India.

The Indian-based Maruti Suzuki is of particular importance to Suzuki Motor Corporation, it holds approximately a 55 per cent market share of the country's passenger car market.
