2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe - UK Price £35,095

Mercedes-Benz UK has released the pricing of the new 2013 E-Class Coupe. It starts from £35,095 for the entry level E 220 CDI SE and goes up to £42,435 for the top-of-range E 350 BlueTEC AMG Sport.

The 2013 E-Class Coupe comes with significantly enhanced standard specification and a stylish new look as part of the most extensive model revision ever undertaken by Mercedes-Benz.

The luxurious Coupe is now up to 21 % more efficient and feature the most advanced technology ever created for the Mercedes-Benz range of vehicles, including the introduction of the new Stereo Multi-Purpose Camera, which features two ‘eyes' to produce a 3D view of up to 50-metres in front to aid many of the new or upgraded safety systems.

The engine range includes a 2.2 liter diesel with 170HP (125 kW) for E 220 CDI, a 2.2 liter with 204HP (150 kW) for E 250 CDI, a 3.0 liter twin-turbo diesel with 252HP (185 kW) for E350 BlueTEC AMG Sport. Last, but not least the petrol 2.0 liter with 184HP (135 kW) in E 200 AMG Sport.

The standard specification includes COMAND Online with Media Interface, DAB digital radio, a new speed-sensitive electric power Direct Steering system that improves CO₂ and fuel consumption, new partial LED headlights, Active Park Assist, Attention Assist and Collision Prevention Assist.

In addition, the SE benefits from 17" five twin-spoke alloy wheels, a new front apron with single lamella Sport grille, leather upholstery with heated front seats and dark aluminium trim.

The AMG Sport models are enhanced by 18" twin-spoke alloy wheels, upgraded front brakes featuring branded calipers and perforated discs, new AMG bodystyling, visible twin-pipe exhaust, leather upholstery with multi-contour heated front seats, an AMG steering wheel in nappa leather with flattened bottom section and AMG floor mats.

For new AMG Sport models, there is the option of upgrading to the AMG Sport Plus package (available from October 2013, priced at £1,795), consisting of 19" AMG bi-colour alloy wheels, an AMG boot spoiler in body colour, red seat belts, AMG Sports seats in Artico/Dinamica with red stitching, AMG steering wheel with red stitching, AMG floor mats with red edging and red stitching on the door panels, centre console and armrest.

The option list includes the new full LED Intelligent Light System (£1,280), new Aragonite Silver metallic paint (from October 2013, priced at £645) and new leather upholstery colours in Espresso Brown, Deep Sea Blue and Bengal Red.
