The big SUVs became so popular last years, that there is at least on vehicle in every single family. The practicality and good comfort of Land Rover Discovery TDV6 made it a good choice among the other vehicles.

Now Superchips Ltd unveil a performance enhancing bluefin Plug and go remap for the popular 2.7-litre 6 cylinder turbo-diesel engine in Discovery.

The power is rised with 38 bhp – from 181 in the stock version of the the 2720cc TDV6 Discovery to the very good 219 bhp in the tuned one. The maximum toque is also rised with 85 Nm, so the vehicle is much more responsive and better to drive.

This puts the Superchips converted Land Rover Discovery TDV6 within striking distance of the new 2010 3.0-litre TDV6 which provides 241 bhp.

Besides everything above the chipped TDV6 has better fuel efficiency of up to 10% over the Discovery TDV6's average 27 mpg fuel consumption. So you get more power, more torque at less price for fuel, this is a real offer.

The upgrade is suitable for both manual and automatic transmission variants of Land Rover Discovery TDV6 3 produced from 2004 onwards.  The ECU remap is available now directly from Superchips and its UK dealer network.
The price is £445 including VAT 17.5%.
