Toyota Australia has redesigned Toyota Genuine bull bars for upgraded HiLux to complement the vehicle's new-look front end. The Toyota Genuine Forge alloy bull bar is shaped to replace the existing (new shape) bumper and complement HiLux's new trapezoid-shaped radiator grille and new headlamps.

The design takes into account body clearance requirements on rough roads, provides plenty of engine ventilation and comes with the added protection of an extended mesh stone guard.

The steel bull bar alternative, Toyota Genuine Breaker bull bar, is also a bumper replacement option and is constructed from pressed metal components.

This method of manufacture reduces the weight and need for welding, which also reduces the chance of fault lines occurring.

Breaker bull bar can be fitted with CB antennae and the Toyota Genuine superwinch.

Toyota Hilux

Both bull bars are fully airbag compatible and can be fitted with driving lights.

A practical dash-mounted Tyre Pressure Monitoring System is available for HiLux 4x2 and 4x4.

The compact device receives data from sensors inside each wheel, including the spare, and displays the temperature and pressure of all five tyres.

HiLux utility owners can now also benefit from the superior combined technology of the Toyota Genuine rear-view camera and electrochromatic mirror.

A discretely located camera projects the view at the rear of the vehicle onto a miniature LCD screen in the rear vision mirror so drivers can see obstacles that may be in the path of their reversing vehicle whilst looking forward*.

Alternatively, it can be viewed via the Toyota Genuine satellite navigation and audio system if fitted.

HiLux is covered by Toyota Service Advantage^, Toyota's low-cost, capped price standard vehicle servicing.
